Box Office Staff Person — Must be comfortable with Microsoft office software and able to learn Box Office Management Software (Wintix).  Friendly, customer-oriented, well-organized, cheerful demeanor.  Must be able to sell tickets to a line of customers before a show while simultaneously answering questions from box office volunteers.   5 days a week 11 am-4 pm & performance nights 5-9 pm, June 1-September 10, 2017.  $14/hour.

 

Set Designer — 1 show, TBD, out of our 3-show 2017 season in outdoor Woodminster Amphitheater..  Must be able to provide working drawings and renderings in a timely way to allow for very short turnaround for construction. Must be flexible if changes need to be made.  $1500 contract per show.

 

Properties Designer/Coordinator for Mamma Mia – Design/pull/build all props.  $750.

 

Backstage Crew (stipend) Generally high school or college students with an interest in tech theater.  Commit for one or more shows.

 

Stage Manager & Assistant Stage Manager positions have been filled.

Scenic Painter and Stage Carpenter positions have been filled.

 

Woodminster Summer Musicals produced in cooperation with the City of Oakland Parks & Recreation Department.
