Performances

Each production has 7 performances over two consecutive weekends.  All performances start at 8 pm, except in our third show, when regular performances on Thursday and Sunday, begin at 7 pm.  (Friday and Saturday performances are at 8 pm throughout the season.)

  • box office hours

    BOX OFFICE CURRENTLY CLOSED. Thank you for a wonderful season!

     

    Box office open June 1st-September 8th. You may purchase tickets in person or by phone (510-531-9597) during our regular box office hours, 10-4 Monday through Saturday (Sunday hours begin June 16th). These hours apply to  lower box office, at the backstage door of the amphitheater off parking lot 1.

     

    You may also purchase tickets in person at the upper box office, at the main gate to the theater, 2 hours before any performance.

    Tickets Prices

    Box – $70

    Section 3 – $55

    Section 2 or 4 – $48

    Section 1 or 5 – $33

     

    Ticket prices include City Facility fee of $3.00 per ticket.

     

    Seniors (62 and over) receive a $2.00 discount per ticket for full priced tickets.

    K75 Prices for Kids 16 & younger who attend with adults:

    Box – $20, Section 3– $16, Section 2/4– $15, Section 1/5– $11

    (K75 tickets must be picked up at the box office the night of the performance.)

     

    Special Seat Requests

    If you need wheelchair accessible seating, please let the box office team know when you are ordering tickets, either by phone or mail. There is wheelchair seating available in Box A, as well as at the back of sections 1, 2, 4, and 5. We will always try to accommodate any special seat requests, but please be aware that it tends to be more difficult to accommodate on Saturday nights due to popularity of that day.

     

    Terms & Conditions

    Refund Policy: No refunds.

    Exchange Policy: $3.00 per ticket exchange fee. (Free exchanges for $100+ donors.)  Exchanges limited to another performance of the same show. Exchanges must be completed at the box office no later than 2 hours before curtain.

    Rain Policy: If we cancel a performance, we will honor your tickets for same-value tickets at a subsequent performance of the same show. If we perform for one hour or more, it is considered a full performance and no credit will be given for another performance (this is an industry standard).

    Season Ticket Order Form

    Season Tickets Are a Great Deal!

    Season Tickets will go on sale to subscribers who held tickets in 2019 for the same seats and same series they had in 2019, between December 1, 2019 and February 1, 2020.

     

    Season tickets save about 15% off regular ticket prices,  and when you find your favorite seats at Woodminster, renewing your season tickets lets you claim them year after year.

     

    When you order your season tickets, you may specify a series (such as Series A, opening nights).  Or you may pick a "mixed series" -- different nights of the week for different shows.  Or if you'd rather not commit to particular dates at all yet, just choose the Flex Pass option, and you'll get the best seats available, any section, whenever you present your Flex Pass at the box office.     To purchase tickets, call 510-339-0241 through the end of May, 510-531-9597 after June 1.  You may also order season tickets by mail with the Season Ticket Order Form.

     

    If you pay by check, please make out the check to Producers Associates, Inc.

    And if you would like your tickets mailed to you, please enclose a mailing fee and a SAS envelope.

    Section 2 or 4 – $123.75

    3-Show Flex Pass - $135

     

    Senior discounts are not available for season tickets.

     

    Season ticket prices include City Facility fee of $3.00 per ticket.

     

    Restrictions on Season Tickets: There are no additional discounts on season tickets or flex passes for seniors, children, or groups. Once you have received your tickets, it is your responsibility to check to make sure they are for the dates you are expecting and to notify us immediately if a mistake has been made. A $3.00 per ticket fee will be charged for exchanging tickets or replacing lost tickets. (Contributors of $100 or more in the current season have free exchange/replacement privileges.) Replacement tickets will be held at the gate box office for pickup unless otherwise arranged. The box office must be notified of exchanges at least two hours before the performance. No refunds will be made and no exchanges will be carried over to another season for tickets not used and not exchanged.

    To guarantee the same seats you had last year (or to get priority if you want different seats) we must receive your renewal by February 1.  After all the season ticket renewal orders have been filled, we will fill orders for new season tickets, and for single show tickets, in the order they were received.

    You may also purchase tickets by mail.  Orders will be filled in the order they are received, after the February 1 deadline for season ticket renewal.

  • picnic table reservations

    There are a limited number of picnic tables inside the amphitheater itself, which you may reserve in advance for $10 per table. We recommend reserving ahead of time as picnic tables may not be available for a walk up request.  Please present an usher with a valid picnic table ticket in order to find your table.     If you do not want to reserve a table inside the amphitheater, there are also many picnic tables in Joaquin Miller Park along the approach to the amphitheater and around the parking lots, which may be used for free on a first-come, first-served basis. Many patrons also enjoy a picnic dinner on the stone benches along the cascades behind the amphitheater and you are welcome to eat or drink anything you like in your seats in the amphitheater.

    If you or someone in your party has a disability or limited mobility, we recommend ordering your tickets early and talking on the phone (510-531-9597) with one of our box office staff members or ordering your tickets in person at the box office. This will assure your requirements and comfort are met. Hearing devices and printed scripts will be available at both the upper and lower entrances. Our box office, located at Woodminster Amphitheater in Joaquin Miller Park, is staffed between 11 am and 4 pm, weekdays after June 1, and every day after July 1 until the end of the season.
