Refund Policy: No refunds.

Exchange Policy: $3.00 per ticket exchange fee. (Free exchanges for $100+ donors.) Exchanges limited to another performance of the same show. Exchanges must be completed at the box office no later than 2 hours before curtain.

Rain/Red Flag/COVID Policy: If we cancel a performance, we will honor your tickets for same-value tickets at a subsequent performance of the same show. If we perform for one hour or more, it is considered a full performance and no credit will be given for another performance (this is an industry standard).

Cancellation Policy Fee: If Producers Associates, Inc cancels a performance for a reason other than rain you can purchase the CANCELLATION POLICY FEE for $3 per ticket and you will be fully refunded for your tickets. Please check the box that says Cancellation Protection Plan if you wish to protect your tickets.
